Cultivate Your genius of non-resistant thought

Do you ever wonder why peoples' ability to manifest the things they truly care for is insanely different? Everyone wants well-being, but looking at the world we live in, there is a huge gap between the rich and the poor as well as the happy and miserable people. There are also very many people who are rich but unhappy and poor people who are absolutely content with their lives just as they are. If we are indeed the creators of our reality, then it goes without saying that we have all created the world exactly how it is and the process began in our thought.

Dealing with negative thought

Before embarking on this journey of enhancing perception, my mind was a total mess. I trapped myself in a loop of thinking that was very toxic. In pursuit of money and success, I knew very well that at the end of the struggle the money would flow. Instead, I got lost in my negative thinking and eventually gave up on projects I started halfway through. I'd be really excited to start a project, imagining and seeing myself achieving whatever goal I set. In the execution, however, I  would be held back by my own negative thoughts. Since I am usually keen on doing research before pursuing anything, I let other people's opinions and ways of doing business cloud my own judgment. I would have thoughts like: "you can never compete with them" or "you have no money for marketing."

Thinking like this literally set me back years.  I had no way of controlling it, it was only getting worse and worse and the quality of my life was not improving. Back in 2020 I got fed up and decided to seek help. Check out my article about my experience of shambavi mahamudra kriya, a potent yogic process that changed everything

Drop the toxic beliefs you have about yourself

Before, there was a lot of resistance in my thoughts. I knew that I truly desired well-being and financial success, but my negative thoughts were pushing that reality further away from me. I had all these beliefs about myself that I had held on to and were not serving me at all. I later discovered that my thought process was just a consequence of my environment, I was merely reacting to things that were happening to me. Living like this made me a slave to my mind, to a point that unknowingly, I strongly believed in my failure more than I did my success.

Creating non-resistant thought

After writing an article on how I observed my emotions evolving, I realized that the process started with thoughts. With continued daily practice of shambavi, the clutter in my mind reduced greatly, and the negative thoughts simply started burning away. I became more joyful than I had ever been in my life.

The only way to begin to think non-resistant thoughts is by creating an ambiance of joy and contentment in the body and mind. As human beings, we tend to live by reacting to things that happen on the outside, letting them dictate our thinking and emotional process. When we realize that we have the power to create joy for ourselves without necessarily having a reason, whatever happens in our environment does not affect our thinking or feeling process. We simply cultivate joy as a fundamental quality and as a result, our thought process starts to become more non-resistant.

Only focus on what you want

If you are in a place where you are trying to create a whole new abundant income for yourself like me, pay attention to your thought, and only move towards what you want. When negative thoughts or resistance sets in, remember that they will only slow down the manifestation. I would love this blog to reach many people. I could look at my current stats and think "people don't like my content" or "maybe they don't understand my content" (btw, these thoughts have actually crossed my mind, which is why this article is so important to me) But will such thoughts serve me? are they in line with what I truly desire? If they are not, there is no point in pursuing them.

That's it for now, feel free to comment and share if anything resonates. I'd love to hear from you! Thanks for reading, Peace✌
